NOTICE TO THE VOTERS
TOWN OF JACKSONPORT
April 5, 2011, SPRING ELECTION
Notice is hereby given that at an election to be held in the Town of Jacksonport on the first Tuesday in April 2011, being the 5th day of said month, the following officers are to be elected:
A Chairman of Supervisors, for a term of two years, to succeed Jeanne Majeski, whose term expires April 12, 2011.
A Supervisor #1, for a term of two years, to succeed Randall Halstead, whose term expires April 12, 2011.
A Supervisor #2, for a term of two years, to succeed Thomas Wilson, whose term expires April 12, 2011.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the first day to circulate nomination papers is December 1, 2010, and the final day for filing nomination papers with the Town Clerk is 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 4, 1011.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN, that if a Primary is necessary, the Primary will be held on Tuesday, February 15, 2011.
