September 25, 2007 Jacksonport Fire Commission
TOWN OF JACKSONPORT FIRE COMMISSION MEETING
Tuesday, September 25, 2007 at the Town Hall
The meeting was called to order at 6:35 p.m.
Present: Chairman George Bagnall, Supervisors Aaron LeClair and Jeanne Majeski, Clerk Eileen Phetteplace. Also in attendance were Brad Bley and Adam Bley.
Motion (Aaron/Jeanne/Passed) to accept the minutes of the August 23, 2007 Fire Commission meeting as amended per Jeanne’s notes.
Motion – roll call vote; (Jeanne – yes / Aaron – yes / George – yes / Passed) to go into closed session for personnel issue – per State Statute 19.85(B).
Motion (Jeanne/George/Passed) to reconvene.
Motion (Aaron/Jeanne/Passed) to adopt Ordinance No. 4-2007, “The Jacksonport Volunteer Fire Department Ordinance.” The new ordinance will replace Town Ordinance 4-02.
Motion (Jeanne/Aaron/Passed) to adjourn. Meeting adjourned at 6:58 p.m.
