November 15, 2007 Budget Hearing, Special Town Meeting, Special Board Meeting
TOWN OF JACKSONPORT BUDGET HEARING
Thursday, November 15, 2007 at the Town Hall
The budget hearing was called to order at 7:04 p.m. by Chairman George Bagnall. Present: Chairman George Bagnall, Supervisor Aaron LeClair, Supervisor Jeanne Majeski, Treasurer Carol Oram and Clerk Eileen Phetteplace. There were three other people from the township. Motion (Alvin Scharrig/Terry Simon/Passed) to adjourn the meeting. Meeting adjourned at 7:12 pm.
TOWN OF JACKSONPORT SPECIAL TOWN MEETING
The special town meeting was called to order at 7:12 pm immediately following the budget hearing.
Motion (Alvin Scharrig/Terry Simon/Passed) to approve the budgeted amount of $252,594 for total highway expenditures for 2008.
Motion (Terry Simon/Bob Hon/Passed) to adopt the 2007 town tax levy of $295,944.
Motion (Alvin Scharrig/Terry Simon/Passed) to adjourn. Meeting adjourned at 7:20 p.m.
TOWN OF JACKSONPORT SPECIAL TOWN BOARD MEETING
The special board meeting was called to order at 7:20 pm, immediately following the Special Town Meeting by Chairman George Bagnall.
Motion (Aaron/Jeanne/Passed) to adopt the town budget as presented.
Motion (Jeanne/Aaron/Passed) to adjourn. Meeting adjourned at 7:22 pm.
