May 2, 2007 Special Board Meeting (roads)
TOWN OF JACKSONPORT BOARD SPECIAL MEETING
Wednesday, May 2, 2007 at the Town Hall
The meeting was called to order at 7:17 p.m. by Chairman George Bagnall.
Present: Chairman George Bagnall, Supervisor Aaron LeClair, Supervisor Jeanne Majeski, and Clerk Eileen Phetteplace.
Agenda. Motion (Jeanne/Aaron/Passed) to accept the agenda for the special May 2, 2007 meeting as presented.
Opportunity for Public Comment. - (no comments)
The Town Board referred to the report Russ Glime of Daar Engineering, Inc. presented the Town Board on April 24, 2007 titled, “Pavement Surface Evaluation, Town of Jacksonport, Door County, Wisconsin”
The Town Board prioritized the upcoming road work projects as follows:
1. N. Cave Point Drive – 1 mile (this is part of the TRIP award, and must be bid separately.
2. Plum Bottom Road
3. N. Clark Lake Drive
4. Schauer Road and Clark Lake Court

Tom Ash volunteered to provide estimated quantity of square yardage required for the bidding process.
The Town Board agreed that George should hire Herrling to complete crack filling on town roads per his discretion.
The Town Board agreed to call another Special Town Board meeting on June 12, 2007 at 7:00 pm to open the bids for Town of Jacksonport road work.
Motion (Aaron/Jeanne/Passed) to adjourn the meeting. The meeting adjourned at 9:45 p.m.
