Monday June 13, 2011

Chairman Alvin Birnschein called the meeting to order at 7:00 PM

Chairman Alvin Birnschein, Supervisor Randy Halstead, Supervisor Tom Wilson, and Clerk Elissa Taylor were present.

The meeting was called as a planning meeting to discuss town roads, required repairs, costs, budget and bidding. There was no other agenda.

Motion(Tom/Randy/Passed) to bid the repairs of Hillside Road-.60 miles by 20 ft. (pulverize and re-pave with 2.5? compacted hot mix asphalt). The junction of Flok Road and Maple Place ? snowplow damage (cold mix paver patch and seal coat). Ehler Road ? snowplow damage (cold mix paver patch and seal coat). Elm Drive south of County V ? approximately .10 mile ? snowplow damage (heavy seal coat ).

Motion(Alvin/Tom/Passed) to adjourn. Meeting was adjourned at 9:20 PM
