TOWN OF JACKSONPORT - SPECIAL TOWN BOARD MEETING
Tuesday, June 12, 2008 at 7 p.m. at the Town Hall
The meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Chairman George Bagnall.
Present: Chairman George Bagnall, Supervisor Aaron LeClair, Supervisor Jeanne Majeski and Clerk Eileen Phetteplace.
Motion (Jeanne/Aaron/Passed) to approve liquor licenses for Bley’s Bar (Todd Polster), Bley’s Grocery (Wayne Bley), Mike’s Port Pub (Michael Lautenbach), Mr. G’s (Bob Geitner), Simon Creek Vineyards, LLC (Thomas Lawrie), Square Rigger Galley (John Billington) and Sweet Lou’s (Lynn Bakken) for the period ending June 30, 2009.
Ordinance No. 2008-05 Jacksonport Zoning Map Amendment Century Property Management Group was discussed at length. No action, expected to be an agenda item at the June 24th Town Board meeting.
Miller Engineers & Scientists presented their final review of the “Beach Storm Water Management, Lakeside Beach in Jacksonport”. Clerk will keep a copy of the final report and drawings.
Motion (Aaron/George/Passed) to adjourn. Meeting adjourned at 8:52 p.m.
