Town Board Meeting
Wednesday, July 13, 2005
The meeting was called to order at 7:33 p.m. by George Bagnall.
Present: Supervisors George Bagnall and Jeanne Majeski, Treasurer Carol Oram filling in for Clerk Eileen Phetteplace.
Jeanne Majeski questioned the difference in bids between North East Asphalt and the Door County Highway Department. After discussion the Door County Highway Department refigured using the same amount of material as North East Asphalt for road work on Memorial Drive, south.
Motion (George/Jeanne/passed) to accept Door County Highway Department’s bid for road work on the south end of Memorial Drive for 45/100 of a mile. The bid included shoulder work, grinding, plus 4” of gravel and 2 1/2" of hot mix, estimated at $43,732.00.
Motion (Jeanne/George/passed) to adjourn meeting at 8:16
