TOWN OF JACKSONPORT BOARD MEETING
Tuesday, December 20, 2005 at the Town Hall
The meeting was called to order at 7:04 p.m. by Chairman George Bagnall.
Pledge of Allegiance was lead by Ben Logerquist.
Present: Chairman George Bagnall, Supervisor Aaron LeClair, Supervisor Jeanne Majeski, Treasurer Carol Oram, and Clerk Eileen Phetteplace.
Agenda. Motion (Jeanne/Aaron/Passed) to accept the agenda, for the December 20, 2005 meeting as presented.
Motion (Jeanne/George/Passed) to accept the minutes of the regular Town Board meeting of November 22, 2005 as distributed.
Treasurers Report: Treasurer Carol Oram reported as of November 30, 2005, a balance of $183,985.40. The Town received $12,053.42 November shared revenues from the State of Wisconsin. We were notified that our General Transportation Aids will be $87,420.90, and will be paid to us in four equal payments. A new computer was ordered for the Town Treasurer’s use. Motion (Aaron/Jeanne/Passed) to accept the treasurer's report.

County Board report by Keri Anderson
Brilliant Cities franchise – Motion (George/Aaron/Passed) to table for another month or two.
National Incident Management System (NIMS) – Motion (Jeanne/Aaron/Passed) to nominate Brad Bley as the Town Government officer for NIMS. This was the only nomination and all board members were in favor of Brad having the position. Brad Bley accepted the position. The Town Board adopted Resolution No. 3-05, Designation of the National Incident Management System (NIMS) as the Basis for Incident Management in the Town of Jacksonport.
Copy machine – Motion (Jeanne/George/Passed) to table discussion/action.
January 25, 2006, 7:30 p.m. was the date and time set to audit the Town books.
Motion (Aaron/George/Passed) to transfer $6,000 from the 2005 Highway Fund to the 2005 Legal Fund, and $1,000 from the 2005 Highway Fund to the 2005 Miscellaneous Fund.
Motion (Aaron/Jeanne/Passed) to transfer $19,500 from the Town general checking account into the Fire Department Savings account.
Motion (Jeanne/George/Passed) to upgrade the Town website for an additional $75.

- Survey west ¼ mile of Bagnall Road
Invoices were submitted for approval.
Motion (George/Aaron/Passed) to adjourn the meeting. The meeting adjourned at 8:58 P.M.
