About Cherry Fest:
Cherry Fest is sponsored by the Jacksonport Historical Society, Inc.  A fantastic art fair featuring unique handmade items from many of your returning favorite artists as well as many amazing first times, all things cherry—pie, ice cream, pie fillings, fresh cherries, cherry brats, cherry hamburgers and many other delicious food items.  Penny hunt on the beach for the younger set, a horse drawn wagon ride and a variety of musical performances ongoing all day long.  Historical booth featuring books produced by the historical society about the history of many of the local families, pre 1840’s live pioneer living demonstration and take a tour of a restored root cellar.
