Cherry Fest is sponsored by the Jacksonport Historical Society, Inc.  A fantastic juried art fair featuring unique handmade items from many of your returning favorite artists as well as many amazing first timers. Of course there will be all things cherry to enjoy at the fair and to take home—kolaches, pie and ice cream, cherry sundaes, cherry floats, jams, pie fillings and other cherry products. There will be burgers and even cherry brats, too. There’s a penny hunt on the beach for the younger set, helicopter rides, a car show, a raffle and a variety of musical performances, bluegrass and country, ongoing all day. A booth features nine different books published by the historical society about local families. Be sure to take a tour of a restored root cellar at the Erskine Rest Area, across from Lakeside Park, site of Cherry Fest. For a schedule and added details, check out:

When:  Saturday, August 3, 2024,  9:00am to 4:00pm

Setup Time:  Friday, August 2, 2024 6:00am to 8:00am

Where: Lakeside Park & Erskine Rest Area
Jacksonport, Door County, WI
(At the intersection of Hwy. 57 and County V)
