Building & Grounds Committee

Members: Tom Maher, Les Kiehnau, and Clyde Hutchinson

The Building and Facilities Committee comprises five residents with three-year terms.

The Building and Facilities Committee responsibilities are to:

  • oversee all repairs, maintenance and remodeling of town-owned buildings, public properties, including rights of way, other than designated parks, except when such authority is specifically delegated to another committee
  • prepare an annual report on the activities and operations of the building and facilities along with recommendations for future improvements
  • prepare an annual budget and submit it to the Town Board
