The Building and Facilities Committee comprises five residents with three-year terms.
The Building and Facilities Committee responsibilities are to:
- oversee all repairs, maintenance and remodeling of town-owned buildings, public properties, including rights of way, other than designated parks, except when such authority is specifically delegated to another committee
- prepare an annual report on the activities and operations of the building and facilities along with recommendations for future improvements
- prepare an annual budget and submit it to the Town Board
