a. Decision by the Door County Resource Planning Committee regarding the Petition for Zoning Amendment - Map (Applicant: Thomas Shepherd) – Tax Parcel No. 016-00-22292741G1 & G2 [Petition to rezone two lots from SE (Small Estate) to MC (Mixed Use Commercial).]
b. Possible Resolution by the town board disapproving petition for zoning amendment.
6. New business (Discussion/Action)
a. Shall the town board place a referendum on the November general election ballot asking “Shall the person holding the office of town clerk or town treasurer, or both; or the combined office of town clerk and town treasurer in the town of Jacksonport be appointed by the Town Board?”
