12. Door County Planning Dept. (Discussion/Action)
a. Petition for Zoning Amendment - Map (Applicant: Thomas Lutsey) Tax Parcel No. 016-00-02292711B [The petition is to effect a change in the Zoning Classification of real estate, located at Fire No. 7281 Logerquist Road as follows; from Natural Area (NA) Zoning District to General Agricultural (GA) Zoning District]. The land described will be used for proposed establishment of a farm market.
b. Application for Conditional Use Permit (Applicant: Thomas Lutsey) Tax Parcel No. 016-00-02292711B [A farm market is currently not an allowed use in the NA zoning district. A farm market is allowed with a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) in the GA zoning district. The CUP will not be scheduled for public hearing until a decision has been made on the rezoning.]
