c. Nomination papers (Those wanting to get on the ballot for the spring election may circulate nomination papers between December 1, 2010 and January 4, 2011. The completed nomination papers must be filed with the town clerk by 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday the 4th. Those running for town office need to collect between 20 and 100 signatures.)

f. Approve donation of a flagpole to the Town of Jacksonport
g. Clarification of Ordinance No. 01-07 “An Ordinance Establishing and Regulating Town Cemeteries”
h. Reminders:
All property tax payments should be mailed or paid in person to Jay Zahn, Door County Treasurer. Carol Oram will NOT be accepting payments at the Town Hall as she has done in the past.
13. Door County Planning Dept. (Discussion/Action)
a. Petition for Zoning Amendment - Text (Applicant: Door County Resource Planning committee) – Amend Section 7.02(4) to allow of-premise parking for government-owned parks.
